The Hoffbrau, in Austin, started a tradition that has pleased many a palate across the state of Texas for over fifty years. There are now more than fifteen independently owned and operated locations. Although not affiliated, each Hofbrau has a similar atmosphere and menu based on the successful Hill Country recipe.
Today we are proud to continue this tradition in Porter. Since 1995, Hofbrau has sever generous portions of only the highest quality beef at very reasonable prices. Each steak is selected by hand, cooked in lemon butter on a flat grill and seasoned with our own secret "Magic Dust."
